How do I create an account? +

Visit our marketplace at app.worldreachseo.com and click "Sign Up". You can create an account using your email or sign in with Google. The process takes less than a minute.

How do I place my first order? +

After logging in, browse our marketplace to find websites in your niche. Select the sites you want, add them to your cart, provide your URL and anchor text, and complete checkout. Our team handles the rest.

What payment methods do you accept? +

We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and bank transfers for larger orders. Enterprise clients can also set up invoicing with net-30 terms.

Orders & Delivery

How long does delivery take? +

Most orders are delivered within 10-21 days depending on the package. Starter: 10 days, Grow: 14 days, Authority: 21 days. You'll receive updates throughout the process.

Can I track my order status? +

Yes! Log into your dashboard to see real-time status updates for all your orders. You'll also receive email notifications when links go live.

What if I need to make changes to my order? +

Contact our support team as soon as possible. We can usually accommodate changes if the content hasn't been published yet.

Quality & Guarantees

What is your link guarantee? +

All links come with a 12-month guarantee. If any link is removed within 12 months of placement, we'll replace it at no additional cost.

What is the minimum DR for placements? +

All placements are on sites with Ahrefs DR 19 or higher. Many placements are on DR 30-60+ sites. You can filter by DR when browsing our marketplace.

How do you vet websites? +

Every website goes through our AI-powered vetting system that checks for spam signals, traffic quality, and content standards. This is followed by manual review from our quality team.

Billing & Account

Can I get a refund? +

We offer refunds for orders that haven't been started. Once content creation begins, we offer free replacements instead of refunds to ensure you still get value.

Do you offer agency discounts? +

Yes! We offer volume discounts for agencies and enterprise clients. Contact our sales team to discuss custom pricing based on your needs.

How do I update my billing information? +

Log into your account, go to Settings > Billing, and update your payment method. You can also contact support to make changes.
